摘    要:介绍了一种小阻值电阻测量装置,概述了总体方案设计及关键技术,进行了重要功能设计的介绍和原理上的分析,说明了软件的设计思路和上位机软件功能,最后给出了试验验证及结果。通过测试验证,可以看出这种小阻值电阻测量装置完全满足测试要求,且具有很好的便携性,很好地弥补了现有设备的不足。

Abstract:A device used to measure small resistance is mainly described.The backgroud of the design is introduced, and then the design of the main function and the theory of the measurement circle are analyzed. The theory of the software and the function of the software running on the computer are explained, at last the test results are listed.From the test data, it can be concluded that the device designed to test small resistance fully meets the test demands, and it is so portable that it can be taken to the palce where it is needed.
