自动钻铆机校准技术新方法研究

摘    要:根据国内各飞机制造企业对自动钻铆机的校准新需求,同时参考波音公司D6-56617技术规范,对飞机制造企业所拥有的自动钻铆机进行了校准新方法的研究。增加了转轴轴线与转台的垂直度、下铆头与转轴的同轴度等校准环节,从而保证了自动钻铆机各参数的量值准确。

Abstract:According to Boeing D6-56617 technical specifications and calibration needs of drivmatic riveter proposed by aircraft manufacturing enterprises, a new calibration method has been researched.Increasing the verticality calibration of the shaft axis and the turntable ,there is also the calibration of coaxiality for the lower die,to ensure the accuracy of all parameters.
