| 摘 要： | 在计量检定工作中,常会遇到测量不确定度比(Test Uncertainty Ratio,简称TUR)值不能满足计量检定要求的情况,针对这种情况,提出了两种解决方法以供探讨:1.使用保护带(Guardbanding)策略,降低误判风险;2.通过加强不确定度评定技巧,减小计量标准的不确定度,使TUR值达到检定要求。

| Abstract: | We always meet the problem that TUR can't meet the requirement of verification in our daily work.This paper presents two methods for resolving this problem to be discussed:1.Use the Guardband strategies to reduce False Test Decision Risk;2.Reduce the uncertainty of the measurement standard to make TUR meets the requirement of verification through enhancing the skill of evaluation of uncertainty. |
