| 摘 要： | 对影响NC车削加工精度的影响因素进行了深入分析,建立了相关影响因素的数学模型,并运用矢量叠加方法综合考虑了全部影响因素对最终加工精度的作用结果,运用Access建立相关参数的数据库,并确定此模块与虚拟车削系统平台的接口。

| Abstract: | It is an important mold piece of the virtual NC turning system that processing the accuracy imitate. This text processes to the NC turning that affect the influence factor the accuracy proceeded the thorough analysis, establish the mathematical model of the related influence factor. By using the vector overlapped method, the all factors are considered to obtain the machining accuracy. By using Access database, the related parameters are establish. The interface is determined between the module and the platform of virtual NC turning system. |
