| 摘 要： | 采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)对国内管制员进行了大范围人格特征测试。通过测试结果分析,证实目前中国民航管制员群体具备多项有利于管制工作的特征,但也在聪慧性、独立性、紧张焦虑等方面存在着一定的问题。通过对不同性别及不同年龄测试结果的比较分析,总结出不同群体管制员的个性特征差异,为调整和改进管制员培养计划提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | A 16PF personality testing of air traffic controllers has been carried out widely.The testing results present a positive picture of China civil aviation air traffic controllers' personalities.But there are still some issues to be noted such as intelligence,independence,nervousness and anxiety,The personality characteristics of different groups have been summarized through analyzing the personality differences between male and female air traffic controllers and different ages,and these analyses provide a theoretical basis for modifying and improving the ATCer training programs. |
