| 摘 要： | 首先利用对比分析的方法分析了世界三大航空联盟的特点和战略定位，然后研究了航空战略联盟集团接收中国航空公司的动机，在此基础上分析了入盟给中国航空公司和消费者带来的益处，最后针对入盟航空公司和未入盟航空公司．提出了发展策略和出路。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyzed the characteristics and strategical target of the the top three airline alliance in the world by comparison method.Then it studied the objective that the airline alliance accept Chinese airlines. On the basis of this, it summarized the good points of alliance which will bring to entry airines and its customers.Lastly,it put forward the developing tactics for entry airlines and non-entry airlines. |
