碳-环氧树脂复合材料三角形网格加劲壳的总体稳定性

摘    要:碳-环氧树脂(C/E)复合材料三角形网格加劲壳是一种先进的宇航结构。其总体失稳临界载荷计算是设计中的一个重要问题。本文为这种壳体结构的临界载荷计算提供了一个计算方法。为了验证这个计算方法,本文给出了三个C/E复合材料三角形网格加劲圆筒壳的外压试验结果。临界外压的实验结果与理论予示相当一致。因此,本文提供的临界外压计算公式可供设计使用。

Abstract:C/E composite triangular grid shells are one type of advanced astronautical structures. The critical load calculating of its general instability is an important problem in design. The present paper provides a calculating method of critical axial compressive load and critical external pressure for this type of shell structures. In order to verify this calculating method, experimental results are presented for three C/E composite triangular grid cylindrical shells under external pressure. Good agreement between experimental results and theoritical prediction of critical external pressure is shown. Hence, the formula of critical external pressure provided in this paper can be used in design.
