无螺栓后挡板与叶片接触压力的分析

摘    要:以有限元分析平台为基础,寻求了涡轮和无螺栓挡板之间的过盈量与涡轮转速、无螺栓后挡板前后气体压力差、叶片对无螺栓挡板压力三者的变化规律.利用最小二乘法拟合出上述变化规律的方程,通过涡轮与无螺栓挡板之间的变形协调关系,归纳出转速、无螺栓后挡板前后气体压力差和无螺栓挡板能提供的压力这三者关系方程.

Abstract:The changing relation among the penetration and turbine angular velocity,the fore-and-after pressure difference of back boltless baffle and pressure of blade imposed on the baffle was discussed based on the finite element platform.The equation of the relation mentioned above was established by the least square method.According to the deformation coordination of baffle and turbine,the relational equation of rotational speed,fore-and-after pressure difference of boltless baffles and available pressure was concluded.
