预估宇航压力容器脆性破坏的一种方法

摘    要:本文考虑到宇航压力容器的构成和使用特点:即对裂纹、应力腐蚀或氢损伤等的敏感性及损伤在特定的应力和环境下具有发展的特性,就宇航压力容器脆性破坏的预估问题进行了探讨。根据容器中可能存有损伤的假设,提出了容伤模量的概念,用以描述容器的损伤容限。鉴于容器的脆性破坏多发生于水压验证试验中,本文给出了使用容伤模量确定水压验证压强的公式,并认为用验证压强预估容器的脆性破坏是可行的。

Abstract:This paper discusses prediction problem of brittle failure on the astronautic pressure vessel from constitution and application features that responsive to cracks, stress corrosion or hydrogen cracking etc, and damage has growth characteristic under some stresses and environment conditions. According to presumption of the vessel occured probably initial damage, the paper proposes a concept of the allow-damage modulus so as to describe allowable damage limits of the vessel. Respecting brittle failure of the vessel often occurs in the hydraulic proof-test, the paper gives a method to determine hydraulic proof-test pressure of the vessel by the allow-damage modulus, and considers the method used to predicte brittle failure of the vessel is valid in engineering.
