| 摘 要： | 状态转移时间值的大小主要由测试准备时间、因部件失效或故障而引起的维修时间等决定的。文中以完成状态转移的贮存导弹为研究对象，提出了基于贮存可靠性的状态转移时间概念，建立了基于多层次PERT-Peru网的状态转移模型，用该模型描述和仿真贮存导弹状态转移流程，利用仿真算法计算了导弹武器作战效能评估的重要参数之———基于贮存可靠性的状态转移时间。
