| Abstract: | The traditional understanding to the currency essence confines to the form of the goods currency or lays particular emphasis on the discussion of the function. The historical progress of monetary form, especially the appearance of electronic currency, already fully proves: the essence of currency to people is one credit relationship of acquiescence in the course of exchanging. |
