| 摘 要： | 企业所面临的环境日益复杂,信息技术的发展给了企业一个变革自我适应环境的有利工具.在运用信息技术的过程中,企业组织结构也要相应变化.通过组织结构的四个维度:形式化、专业化、集权程度、权力层级,讨论了信息技术对企业组织结构的影响,并指出网络组织是未来企业的主要组织形式之一.

| Abstract: | Under the continuous development of the modern information technology,the environment faced by the enterprise become variable and complex day by day; at the same time,the prosperity of the info tech also helps the enterprise to reform itself and suit to the environment. In the process of using the info tech,the organizational structure of the enterprise also changes. In this dissertation,I will talk about the influence on the organizational structure of the enterprise caused by the info tech from 4 structure dimentions: formalization,specialization,centralization and hierarchy of authority. Meanwhile,I will try to show that the network organization will become one of the main organizational structure of the enterprise in the future. |
