对策论在协作经营中的应用

目前股份制企业、合资企业正在我国蓬勃兴起,SHAPLEY合作对策理论能很好地解决协作经营问题中存在的节约投资和利润分配等问题。本文依据实证数据,运用SHAPLEY合作对策原理建立合作对策模型,具体地分析了协作办学的各单位每年节约资金数据和每年分担办学经费数额,给合作单位提供了科学的和可信的数据,同时文章中也给出了一个合作经营分享利润的应用软件流程图。

Application of Game Theroy in Joint-Venture Enterprises

Joint stock businesses and joint-venture enterprises are booming currently in China. Shaplcy's Game Theory can be well used to solve the problems of investment saving and profit distribution, the paper makes use of the positive data from a certain primary school and Shaplcy's Game Model and analyses the money saved and the expense shared by each unit concerned every year, therefore providing scientific and reliable data for cooperative units. An applied computer software flow chart for joint venture and profit distribution is also presented.
