| 摘 要： | 经常大面积的航班延误问题日益受到关注,究其原因,主要是受天气、军方活动、空域管理和管制理念的影响.预防和解决航班延误需要改革空域管理体制,合理利用空域,改善空管基础设施,合理安排航班量及航班时刻,更新管理理念和管制理念,大范围统筹安排飞行流量,尽可能减少空管原因造成的航班延误.

| Abstract: | The problem of serious and frequent flight delay is drawing more and more attention. What caused the problem？ The main reasons are the weather, military activities, airspace management system and the concept of air traffic control. In order to prevent and solve the problem, we need to improve the airspace management system, improve the infrastructure, arrange the scheduled flight reasonably, renovate the concept of ATC, and handle the air flow in a scale as large as possible. |
