摘    要:采用DSP和FPGA相结合的方式,研制出一套数字电路测试系统,以FPGA仿真运行环境、DSP作为系统控制,可对模拟机多通道数字信号板进行测试,实现故障通道的检测。该系统电路结构简单,实用,具有可扩展性。

Abstract:An automatic test system for digital circuits is developed based on DSP and FPGA. FPGA is used to simulate operating environment and DSP is responsible for system control. Experimental results show that the new hardware can test Multi-channel digital circuit target board used in flight simulator and realize the accurate and rapid fault diagnosis for failure channel of PCB. The circuit structure of the system is simple, practical and reliable with expanding capability.
