航空维修是航空运行系统的重要组成部分,维修人员是航空维修运行的主体,也是维修单位是否具备持续发展能力和动力的核心资源。提高航空安全水平,降低航空运行成本,必须要关注作为维修系统核心资源的维修人员。本文通过对国内民用航空运行、发展情况,以及对某通用航空维修单位的人力资源现状进行分析和研究,阐述目前民用航空维修系统人力资源所面临的主要问题,并探讨改进的对策。

Discussion on Human Resource of General Aviation Maintenance

Aircraft maintenance is an important part of aviation system. Maintenance personnel play a main role in aviation operation and are the core resource for the sustained development of a maintenance unit. The motive power of development also depends on human resource. In order to raise the level of aviation safety and reduce cost, human resource should be paid close attention to. The authors study the human resource of a general aviation maintenance unit, find the problems and propose some countermeasures for improvement.
