| 摘 要： | 在深入了解湖南塔台安全生产运行规范的基础上，结合一线运行实践，对湖南空管分局如何防止管制员“错忘漏”而采取的措施进行归纳总结，并用丰富的案例和材料予以阐述。事实证明只有多渠道的防控并举、科学管理，“错忘漏”现象才能真正得到有效控制。

| Abstract: | This article is based on a thorough understanding of Hunan Tower safety operation specification combined with line operation practice at the same time. It aims to summarize the measures to avoid ＂mistakes, forgetfulness and negligence＂ with a great amount of supporting cases and materials taken by Hunan Air Traffic Control Bureau. It proves that ＂mistakes, forgetfulness and negligence＂ can only be effectively avoided through multi-channel prevention and control as well as scientific management.. |
