在线消费者购买行为的决策过程

摘    要:在线企业如何根据消费者的个人特点和个人差异更好地预测、改进或影响消费者的决定,让他们在众多在线竞争者中选中自己,是在线企业网络营销策略制定的出发点.针对此问题,在分析在线消费者行为的基础上,给出了在线消费者购买决策制定模型及购买决策模型,帮助在线企业使用技术来改进、影响和控制消费者决策过程.

Abstract:As for on-line company,it is the initial for them to do on-line marketing decision-making such as how to forecast,to improve or affect consumer's decision according to their own characteristics and difference,hope to be choosed by the consumers among so many on-line competitors.Aiming at this problem,on the basis of analyzing on-line consuming behavior,we put forward the purchasing decision-making and purchasing decision model of on-line consumers,to help on-line company improving,affecting and controling the process of consumer's decision.
