高空喷管在地面试验时火焰偏摆的分析

摘    要:本文分析了高空大面积比喷管在地面试验时喷管内出现火焰偏摆的原因,叙述了喷管内气流不对称分离的机理。通过分析得出,由此产生的火焰偏摆在高空模拟试验或用截短喷管的地面试验中会自然消失。本文通过喷管流场计算,附面层分离计算和传热计算说明试车中出现的现象。

Abstract:This paper analyses reason for flame swinging in high-altitude nozzle with the ratio of large area tested under the ground atmosphere,and describes the mechanism of unsymmetrical separation. Through this analysis, it is concluded that this flame swing formed by this reason disappeares naturally in high-altitude simulation test and in ground test with truncated nozzle. The phenomenon appeared in these tests can be explained through the calculations of the nozzle flow field, boundary layer separation, and heat transfer.
