摘    要:扫描测量功能是三坐标测量机一项重要功能,扫描测量方法效率高可以反映出零件表面自由形状的细部特征。因此,就该功能开发适合发动机复杂型面零件测量的数控测量方案,解决复杂空间自由曲面(线)精密测量问题进行了论述。介绍了如何识别不同的扫描数据格式,对扫描数据根据生产实践需要进行旋转、镜像及平移等处理,并将其转换为CAD曲线或曲面.以便进一步进行数据分析或建立三维模型进行加工。
