摘    要:研究了常规和掺杂0.02wt%硫的IN718合金的蠕变行为。结果表明,硫降低IN718合金的蠕变抗力,使表观蠕变激活能由678.5kJ/mol减小到634.8kJ/mol。计算表明,硫的危害主要来源于其对晶界扩散的促进作用

Abstract:The effect of sulfur on the creep behavior of IN718 alloy has been investigated.The results show that sulfur decreases the creep resistance of IN718 alloy.Increasing sulfur content to 0.02wt% causes a reduction of the aparent creep activation energy from 678.5kJ/mol to 634.8kJ/mol.The harmful effect mainly arises from the enhanced diffusion along grain boundary by sulfur.
