基于模糊PID算法的电动执行机构控制系统研究

摘    要:电动执行器通过控制电机的旋转来驱动负载运动,通过上位机来控制电机的运行,将信号转化为对应的机械位移,从而实现对目标的位移控制。建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型并介绍控制策略,将传统PID (比例\积分\微分) 和模糊PID进行比较,详细介绍了模糊算法的模糊化、建立模糊规则库和解模糊化等3个关键步骤。用脉宽调制技术进行对电机的驱动,最后通过试验对系统的控制性能和动态响应性能进行测试。试验结果表明,基于模糊PID算法所搭建的电动执行机构控制系统工作稳定,可以达到控制需要而且具有良好的动态性能。

Abstract:In this paper,electric actuator controls the operation of the motor directly or indirectly to control the movement of the target load,so as to follow the position of the control target.The operation of the motor is controlled by the computer and the signal is transformed into the mechanical displacement.This paper establishes the mathematic model of brushless DC motor,introduces the control strategy,and compares the traditional PID and fuzzy PID.The fuzzification of fuzzy algorithm,the establishment of fuzzy rule and the de fuzzification are introduced in detail.In this paper,pulse width modulation (PWM) is used to drive motor.Finally,the control performance and dynamic response performance are tested through experiments.The experimental results show that the control system of the electric actuator can work stably to meet the control requirements and has good dynamic performance.
