海上目标雷达与 AIS航迹时空匹配方法

摘    要:针对海上目标的雷达与船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)中,航迹之间存在的时空不匹配现象,提出了在空间对准之后结合海上航迹运动特点,对 AIS航迹数据进行插值对准雷达目标航迹的方法,在解决雷达与 AIS航迹之间时空不匹配问题的同时,最大程度减小插值误差。该方法根据船舶航向变化率,结合航速航向法和内插外推法的优势,针对不同航迹特点自动选择最佳的插值配准方法,实现海上目标的雷达与 AIS航迹点的自动插值和时空对齐。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法针对海上目标复杂运动,可以自动匹配选择最佳插值方法,有效降低误差,实现雷达与 AIS航迹之间的时空匹配。

Abstract:Aiming at the spatio-temporal mismatch between radar and AIS (Automatic Ship Identification System) tracks of maritime targets, a method of interpolating AIS track data to align radar target tracks according to the characteristics of maritime track movement after spatial alignment is proposed, which can solve the spatio-temporal mismatch between ra-dar and AIS tracks and minimize interpolation errors. According to the advantages of ship course change rate combined with speed course method and interpolation extrapolation method, the method automatically selects the best interpolation method according to different track characteristics, and realizes the automatic interpolation and space-time alignment of the radar and AIS track points of maritime targets. The simulation results show that the proposed method can automatical-ly match and select the best interpolation method for the complex movement of the marine target, effectively reduce the error, and realize the spatio-temporal matching between radar and AIS track.
