钛合金高压气瓶表面裂纹程序载荷谱试验的结果和分析

摘    要:本文介绍两个带有疲劳表面裂纹的钛合金高压气瓶在程序载荷谱下的试验结果,并对它作了简单的分析。结果表明,即使气瓶具有“最大可能出现”的表面裂纹,它在公路运输及地面贮存保压过程中也是安全的。利用我们推导的表面裂纹半经验公式,参考NASA的K_(TH)/K_I实验数据,估计了在使用载荷作用下,气瓶在水介质中贮存保压较长时间裂纹不产生扩展的临界尺寸。

Abstract:In this paper test results and simple analysis of spherical pressure titanium alloy vessels with fatigue surface crack under program load spectra are presented. It is shown that even if there exists a largest possible surface crack on the vessel, it is also safe in the process of road transportation and ground storage on condition that the pressure is sustained. Using the semi-experiental formula of surface crack qiven by this paper and experiment data of KTH/ KIC by NASA, We can estimate the critical size that the crack will not expand for a longer duration when the vessel is subjected to working load in the water medium.
