摘    要:采用大涡模拟的计算方法,对某轿车在侧风工况下的风振噪声特性进行了研究。首先,通过实车道路试验验证仿真方法的准确性;其次,采用上述计算方法分析不同侧风速度、角度对风振噪声的影响;最后,提出在 B 柱内壁上使用 V 型沟槽抑制风振噪声的方案。结果表明,数值仿真与试验结果比较吻合;在侧风速大于5 m/s、侧风角度小于140°时的风振噪声比没有侧风高,根据侧风角度不同最高可达26 dB,不适合开窗;所采用的控制方案降噪幅度可达7 dB,效果明显。

Wind buffeting noise analysis and control for vehicle under crosswind
Abstract:The wind buffeting noise characteristics for a car under the condition of cross wind was investigated based on the method of large eddy simulation.A specific car was built and tested firstly on real road in order to verify the accuracy of numerical simulation method.And then the influence factors on wind buffeting noise from different speeds and angles of cross wind were ana-lyzed according to the method introduced above.Finally the idea of adding a V-shaped groove on the B-pillar inner wall is proposed to suppress the wind vibration noise.It showed that the test result was in well agreement with numerical simulation.The wind buffeting noise was higher when the cross wind speed was greater than 5 m/s and the angle less than 140°,comparing with none cross wind condition.The wind buffeting noise value may be up to 26 dB according to differ-ent cross wind angle,and may be unsuitable to open the window.The effect of noise reduction solution is obvious,the value can be as high as 7 dB.
