并行集成式工艺设计系统的研究

摘    要:计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)在计算机集成制造(CIM)中起着关键的作用,并行工程既是CIMS从信息集成到功能集成的主要方法,又是这类复杂系统的全局优化方法。本文基于并行工程思想,研究和探讨了并行集成式工艺设计模型,它是一个实用化CAPP系统的新模型,不仅能利用设计信息进行初步工艺设计,而且能根据车间环境的状态,充分利用制造工艺和车间环境的柔性产生优化的工艺方案。它是采用分层工艺规划的方法来实现的。系统模型由三个层次组成,即初步规划层,决策层和详细规划层。文中最后还讨论了实现并行集成式工艺设计系统的关键技术。

Abstract:Computer aided process planning (CAPP) has been recognized as playing a key role in computer integrated manufacturing (CIM). The concurrent engineering is an important method of the integration from information to function for CIMS, and an overall optimal method for this complicated system. Based on the philosophy of concurrent engineering, a concurrent integrated process planning model is established, which is a new type model in practical CAPP system. It can not only produce the initial process planning in terms of design information, but also reach a nearly optimal solution according to the dynamic status of job shop environment and make use of advantage of the flexibility of manufacturing process and job shop environment. The hierarchical planning method is applied. The system model consists of three levels, including initial planning, decision making and detail planning. At last, the key technology is presented in order to realize the concurrent integrated process planning system.
