飞机制造互换协调方案的设计与评价

摘    要:论述CAD/CAM技术在互换协调技术中的应用,重点讨论采用CAD进行飞机外形数学建模和CAM数控加工解决飞机制造中互换协调问题.详细分析了CAACS-TA(计算机辅助飞机制造协调系统设计与公差分配)专家系统知识库中协调方案的设计原则和决策方法,在优选多个协调方案时给出了量化的评价算法.该算法在作者开发CAACS-TA系统中很好地应用于协调方案的设计与评价之中.

Abstract:Computer Aided Aircraft Coordination System and Tolerance Allocation (CAACS-TA) expert System is very important for aircraft manufacturing. It inspects the validation ofaircraft design from the views of the technology ; it effeciently selects coordination route basedon the technical requirement and equipments; it also allocates the tolerance to each workshopsuitably. The authers first review the application of CAD/CAM technology to coordinationtechnology in aircraft manufacturing. Then, the design principle and the decision methods ofcoordination scheme in CAACS-TA system are analyzed in detail. Finally, the quantitative al-gorithms of scheme evaluation are presented while there exist multiple schemes. The algo-rithms are well run among design and evaluation of the scheme in CAACS-TA system devel-oped by ourselves.
