旋转雾场粒子分布的全息测量

摘    要:介绍了用高斯光束照射光栅而形成的衍射光场照明粒子场的同轴全息方法可以有效地测量旋转流雾化场横截面上的SMD分布。文中描述了照明光场的特点;简要地讨论了低噪声,无孪生象的原因;介绍了全息图的显示和判读系统。完成了对19个喷嘴、76个截面、1600多个采样点的测量。为密度较高的粒子场提供了有实用价值的测量结果。最后给出了No.1号喷嘴四个截面上SMD分布曲线

Abstract:Introduces that the SMD distribution at a cross section of an atomized rotating gas flow field can be effectively measured by an on line holographic method improved by the authors. In the method, the particle field to be measured is illuminated by a diffraction photo field created by a Gauss beam passing through a grating. This paper describes the characteristics of the illuminating photo field, briefly analyzes the causes leading to a low noise and twin imageless reconstruction hologram, and introduces its display and reading systems. In the work, more than 1 600 sample points at 76 cross sections of 19 sprays are measured, which provides an effective method and practical results for the measurement of the pasticle field with a considerable high density. The SMD distribution curves at 4 cross sections of spray No.1 are given.
