摘    要:提供了一种处理具有结构耦合的大挠度复合材料柔性梁的分析方法。在将三维弹性问题分解为二维线性剖面特性分析和一维非线性分析的基础上,采用有限元法计算梁的二维剖面刚度特性,编制了具有多个单元库的程序软件,它能有效地处理复杂剖面形状,对参考剖面点的翘曲位移未加任何限制;一维非线性分析时用Euler角描述梁的空间变形位置,建立的非线性微分方程组适用于任意大变形情况。文中给出了详细的分析与试验结果,并着重分析和试验了根部安装角分别为0°,45°的两种情况,揭示了结构耦合对变形的影响,试验与分析具有良好的一致性,表明本文方法及处理简便、可行。

Abstract:A new approach is presented to investigate the static behavior of structurally coupled composite beams under large deflection analytically and experimentally. The method is based on the two dimensional linear finite element model for the stiffness of the composite beam cross section, which includs the wraping deformations and the one dimensional nonlinear analytical model for the static behavior of composite beam under large deflections.The model, based on the use of Euler angles, can account for the presence of arbitrarily large deflections without the need for any ordering scheme. Some experiments using thin flat composite cantilevered beams aer also performed, and the data obtained corresponds well with the results of the analysis.
