钢的相变超塑性扩散焊研究

摘    要:通过金相观察、电子探针分析和显微硬度测试,研究了碳钢的相变超塑性扩散焊焊接接头的金相组织、碳的分布和显微硬度的变化,以及热循环中最高加热温度、压应力和热循环次数等主要工艺参数对T8/T8焊接接头强度的影响。结果表明,相变超塑性能加速固态扩散焊焊接过程;热循环中最高加热温度、压应力和热循环次数对焊接接头的强度有重要影响。文中还对相变超塑性能加速固态扩散焊焊接过程的机理进行了进一步的探讨。

Abstract:Makes a study of the influence of the main parameters of transform superplastic diffusion welding (TSDW) process, including microstructure, carbon distribution,change of microhardness, maximum temperature, Compress stress and the number of thermal cycles in thermal cycling at welded joint of carbon steel on the strength of the joint (T8/T8) by means of microscope, EPMA and microhardness test. Results show that the transformation superplasticity can accelerate the solid diffusion welding process and the maximum temperature, the compressive stress and the numbes of thermal cycles in the thermal cycling have an important influence upon the strength of the welded joint. The mechanism of that the transformation superplasticity can accelerate the solid diffusion welding process is further researched in the paper.
