| Abstract: | The balanced order reduction method and its characteristics are discussed, followedby further study on the order reduction method with weighted balancing. Then, this methodis applied to order reduction problem of the augmentation stability system in a helicopter. Theefficiency of this method is shown by the results in the example. |
