铝型材挤压模工作带长度和模孔配置的优化设计

摘    要:建立了优化设计铝型材挤压模工作带长度和模孔配置的数学模型,该模型不仅反映了模孔形状对金属流动的影响,而且考虑了模孔位置的影响。根据该模型开发了铝型材挤压平模工作带长度和模孔配置的计算机辅助优化设计系统。生产实践表明,该系统设计的模具工作带长度能较好地平衡金属流出模孔的速度,减轻型材的歪扭、弯曲、波浪、裂纹,从而减少了试模的次数和修模工作量。

Abstract:A mathematical model for optimum design of die bearing length and openings layout for aluminium profile extrusion is proposed. The effect of section shape and die openings layout on metal flow characteristics has been considered in this model. Based on this model a computer aided optimum design system of die bearing length and openings layout for aluminium profile extrusion is developed. It has been proved that die bearing length and openings layout designed by this system can balance metal flow velocity in die openings. As a result bend crack and twist etc faults and times of die trials and corrections can be reduced.
