植物纤维水泥复合材料复合机理

摘    要:一年生植物纤维水泥复合材料是一种具有广阔应用前景的新型复合材料。它是以一年生植物──农作物秸杆(碎料)为增强纤维,水泥为基体(并起粘结剂作用),经特定工艺成型的复合材料。本文从复合材料力学的观点出发,对这种复合材料的复合机理,包括其增强相、基体相、界面相及其复合效果等方面进行了研究。结果表明:在添加剂的成功使用下,一年生植物纤维和水泥取得了良好的界面复合效果,其主要力学性能已达到或超过了与之相似的木质水泥刨花板。

Abstract:A year born plant fibre/cement composite materials is a new kind of composite materials which will be widely used. It's formed by special technology, in which a year born plant is used as reinforced-fibre and cement as matrix (and as adhesive). From the idea of mechanics of composite materials, the principle of composite materials, including its reinforced-fibre, matrix, interface and its effect and so on, is studied.The results show that with the successful use of additive, there is a good interface effect between a year born plant fibre and cement, and its major menchanical properties are equal or over those of wood/cement composite boards which is similar with it.
