摘    要:给出孔单边穿透裂纹在残余应力作用下的应力强度因子计算方法和步骤,并用算例检验此方法的准确性。对于残余应力场已知的冷胀孔,用本文方法求孔单边穿透裂纹的应力强度因子是简单和准确的。

Abstract:Presents a method that can be conveniently used to calculate the stress intensity factor for the edge crack of a cold expanded hole. At first, the method for calculating stress intensity factors is described; then the method is applied to an example with known results to verify the present method. For those cold expanded holes with known residual stress distribution, the method can be easily used to obtain the stress intensity factors of a through thickness crack at the edge of a cold expanded hole.
