| Abstract: | This review mainly summarized recent progress on the fabrication of non-oxide ceramics,such as SiCN,BN,B(C) N,and SiN,by the non-aqueous sol-gel method,on the basis of ammonolysis reaction,aminolysis reaction,and the carbodiimide reaction.Future prospects of the method were also discussed. |
