磁浮多电航空发动机的研究现状及关键技术

摘    要:介绍了国际上磁浮多电发动机的研究现状、发展趋势及其核心关键技术如高温磁悬浮轴承、高温位移传感器、附件电传动技术、备用轴承和多电发动机的结构设计。介绍了美国的IHPTET计划中有关磁浮多电发动机的研制情况,IHPTET计划和美国的德雷伯实验室(DraperLaboratory)、Synchrony公司等多个单位进行了长期的合作,共同研制该发动机的核心关键技术"高温磁悬浮轴承",从目前掌握的资料分析,IHPTET计划中的磁浮多电发动机将采用Synchrony公司研制成功的"高温磁悬浮轴承"。1997年底,欧共体制定了类似的AMBIT研究计划,期望率先研制出以磁悬浮轴承支撑的航空发动机,参加该计划的有英国、德国、法国、奥地利和瑞士等5个国家。

Abstract:The current situation and development trend as well as key technologies such as high temperature magnetic bearing,high temperature displacement sensor,starter generator,and back up bearing for more electric gas turbine engines are reviewed.The information about this kind of aero engine in IHPTET Project is also introduced.Draper Laboratory,Synchrony Company,as well as NASA Lewis Research Center have been cooperating on the IHPTET Project for years to develop the high temperature magnetic bearing system,which is emphasized as the most important key technology for more electric gas turbine engines.Based on the references available,it is most possible that the high temperature magnetic bearing system developed by Synchrony Company will be used in IHPTET Project.By the end of 1997,a similar research project of AMBIT was drawn up in Europe Community.Britain,Germany,France,Austria,and Switzerland were involved in the AMBIT project.
