齿轮测量中心的设计与精度分析

摘    要:JLC齿轮测量中心是为了解决齿轮参数的量值传递问题而研制的一台高精度齿轮测量仪,其主要功能是要实现高精度的齿轮渐开线样板、齿轮螺旋线样板和标准齿轮检定。本文介绍了JLC齿轮测量中心的机械设计与精度分析,并通过实验,验证了JLC齿轮测量中心可以达到一等渐开线样板、螺旋线样板的检定要求。

Abstract:The JLC measurement system is a high precision gear measurement device developed specially for overcoming the problem of dissemination of the value of a quantity and the major functions of it are for realizing the gear involute,helix and master gear measurement with high precision.This paper introuduce the machine design and precision analysis of JLC measurement system and prove well by experience that this system can achieve the request of grade one involute and helix precimen measurement.
