计划网络图的计算机辅助设计和绘制方法

本文介绍了一种用列表来设计计划网络图的新方法及其计算机程序。这个程序的输入数据是作业分析表（即每个作业的先行作业和作业周期）。输出数据是各作业的始结点和终结点编号、网络图的时间参数、关键路线并绘制出网络图。它的最大优点是用计算机完全代替了手工设计和绘制网络图的工作。经过110余例的实际应用,证明用本程序设计出的网络图不但能保证规定的作业顺序关系,而且使用的虚作业最少。它大大节约了计划工作的时间,提高了效率,为普及应用网络计划技术提供了一个方便的工具。

THE METHOD OF COMPUTER-AIDED CONSTRUCTION AND DRAWING OF A PROJECT NETWORK

This paper presents a new method for constructing the project network and its computer program. The input data of this program are the sequence and duration of activities. The outputs include the right numbering of the nodes, time of events and activities, key route and network diagram, By the use of this program, the flow chart of a project can be automatically transformed into network with minimum dummy activities. The results of constructing about 110 project networks with this program show that this method is available for all kinds of project network construction and can increase the efficiency of the project planning work.
