| 摘 要： | 高职教育的改革既给广大的高职院校教师带来新的发展机遇，也带来了更大的挑战和压力。针对高职教师工作压力这一问题，提出缓解压力的可行性建议，设法减少工作压力，从而提高教师的工作效率及质量。

| Abstract: | Education reform in vocational colleges brings to the vast number of teachers both new development opportunities and greater challenges and pressures.Focused on the problem of vocational college teachers' working pressure,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions to relieve their stress and reduce their pressure so as to improve their working quality and efficiency. |
