| Abstract: | The characteristics of a phase and a frequency detectors of an integrated frequency-phase detector,which is widely used in a digital phase-locked loop (PLL), are presented in this paper. The pull-in performance of PLL is also analysed and calculated with a linear approximate method from the frequency detector characteristics. |
