光子计数中一种高速可程控参考电压鉴别器的设计

摘    要:利用数字电位器和高速比较器MAX9012,设计了一种参考电压可程控用于光子计数的鉴别器,通过I~2C总线对数字电位器的阻值调节实现门限调整。实验表明该鉴别器输出信号质量良好,满足了设计要求。具有调整方便,精确,温度系数小等优点,为微弱光信号检测奠定了基础。

Abstract:based on digital potentiometer and high-speed comparator MAX9012. Design a discriminator used in photon counting. Threshold adjustment can be realized by controlling the resistance value of digital potentiometer. During experiment, the discriminator output a signal of good quality and meet the goal of design. Further more it's convenient adjustment, precise control, low temperature coefficient which lay a foundation for weak light detection.
