航空电子产品工艺成熟度评价方法研究

针对航空电子产品没有系统的工艺成熟度评价途径的问题，提出了一种三个维度的工艺成熟度评价模型，将工艺成熟度分为工艺过程域、能力域和条件域，初步形成了对工艺成熟度进行综合评价的方法，通过对各个要素进行综合评判，获得科学合理的产品工艺成熟度评价等级，并制定工艺技术改进和提升计划。

Research on the Evaluation Method of Avionics Product Manufacturing Process Readiness

To resolve the problem of absence of process readiness evaluation method in avionics manufacturing, we propose a process readiness evaluation model with three dimensions which are divided into working procedure field, ability field and condition field. We initially form the comprehensive process evaluation method through which we can obtain the reasonable product process readiness level and make Process optimized and improved plan.
