| Abstract: | The design and implementation of boundary scan technology in C919 switch program is described. The principle of boundary scan technology, the hardware design of JTAG, JTAG tools of Corelis, generation of test vectors and flash ISP are described in detail. Preliminary application of boundary scan technology is applied in C919 switch program successfully. |
