高温涡轮叶片液冷机理研究

摘    要:本文是高温涡轮叶片液冷机理研究的第一部分。以水为冷却介质, 在均匀受热的铅直圆管内流动产生汽液两相沸腾, 测量其沿程流型、换热系数及其相互关系。在一定的加热条件下, 改变进口流量, 研究流动参数对流型变化的影响, 得到环状流区最长又不出现“烧毁”的最佳流型分布和换热系数, 并提出可供选用的经验公式。本文还进行了数值计算, 所得结果与实验吻合较好。

Abstract:In this study the flow pattern and heat exchange coefficient the have been obtained,and relation between them have been determined in the circumstance of vapour lquid two phase boiling of water coolant through a even heated straight tube.The influences of the coolant flow parameters on the flow pattern and heat exchange have been studied by changing the coolant flow speed,or the flowrate at the entrance under certain heating conditions.As a result,the best flow pattern for the heat exchange coefficient in which the annular flow zone is the longest without “burn down”.Then the empirical formulas have been found for designing.The results of numerical calculation are in good agreement with the data of tests.
