| 摘 要： | 为达到降低库存费用、保障飞机持续适航的目的,建立定量订货模型,并通过对部分航材消耗数据的分析,提出利用中心移动平均法求得季节指数的方法,将其作为权系数对该模型进行修正,以提高航材采购数量的精确性。实验证明,该模型能有效地为航材备件的计划采购提供理论指导和决策支持。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the cost of stock and guarantee airplanes' continuous airworthiness,the quantitative order model is established.By analyzing the data of part of air material consumption,the center moving average method is used to obtain the seasonal index which is used as weighting coefficient to correct the model so as to improve the accuracy of purchasing quantity of air materials.Experiments show that the model can provide theoretical guidance and decision-making support for planned purchase of air material spare parts. |
