基于高速数据采集技术的脉冲幅度测量方法研究

摘    要:介绍了几种脉冲幅度的测量方法和它们的优缺点,可以根据测试的实际需要选择最适合的测量方法。文中作者提出了一种新的利用高速数据采集技术测量脉冲幅度的设想,给出了系统基本组成及测量原理、数据计算方法和软件设计思路,该方法可以解决高速、高精度、窄脉冲的实时测量问题。该测试系统组成灵活,可以根据不同的脉冲信号周期、脉宽和测试精度灵活选择不同的数据采集卡,满足测试要求,并达到最高性价比。
