微燃机稳态控制规律与特性研究

摘    要:微型燃气轮发电机(微燃机)是一种新型动力系统,为研究其节流、最大状态及慢车状态特性,建立了微燃机的数学模型,并编制了稳态特性计算程序。利用对节流状态经济性的要求,确立了微燃机的经济节流工作线,并用相似原理分析了不同大气条件下节流工作线的确定。研究了微燃机在最大状态和慢车状态工作时的几种限制条件,在满足这些限制条件下,确立了相应的控制规律;计算了微燃机的气候特性和高度特性,计算结果与理论分析一致。通过和试验数据对比,结果表明,数学模型合理有效,计算结果具有很高的可信度,可为微燃机稳态控制规律设计提供参照,具有很好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Micro-turbine Generator is a kind of new power system.For studying its characteristics of throttling state,the max-power state and idle-power state,the mathematical mode of Micro-turbine Generator was built in this paper.At the same time,the corresponding program was developed.Based on the economic request to the throttling state,the most economic throttling working line was obtained.Applying similarity principle,the throttling working lines of different atmosphere conditions were obtained.The limit conditions of the max-power state and idle-power state were studied Under satisfying these limit conditions,the control laws of the max-power state and idle-power state were obtained.The climate and height characteristics were computed,and the results accorded with theories.After compared with the testing dates,it shows that the mathematical mode built in this paper was reasonable and the calculating date was believable.It can provide reference for the design of steady-control law and it has a splendid applied-value.
