高韧性热塑性复合材料的研制

摘    要:文中探索了以PA—6为基体的热塑性复合材料的压制工艺。压制出铺层为12层的玻璃布层压板和铺层为18层的碳纤维单向板,并测试出两种板的基本力学性能。用冲击损伤度D和G_(ⅡC)来评定复合材料的韧性,发现PA—6基复合材料有优异的韧性。

Abstract:This paper introduces a compacting process for PA - 6-based thermoplastic materials. Two kinds of laminates were fabricated using this process, one is 12-layer GFRPA-6 (Glass Fiber Reinforced PA-6 Composite Materials) laminate, the other is 18-layer CFRPA-6 (Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA-6 Composite Materials) laminate. Tests of their basic mechanical performances were conducted, it is found that GFRPA-6 composite materials and CFRPA-6 composite materials have good toughness.
