定向结晶及相应单晶材料弹性常数间的关系

摘    要:使用解析法和有限元数值方法,对定向结晶镍基高温合金以及相应镍基单晶材料工程弹性常数值进行了研究。结果表明二者之间存在相当紧密的联系,其中的3项常数在理想状态下可以认为是对应相等的,并且,在已知其数值的情况下,可以通过解析法和有限元法计算出定向结晶材料的其余常数。根据计算结果,总结出2类材料弹性常数值的规律,提出了相应的建议。

Relationship of Elastic Constants between DS and Corresponding SC Material

Abstract:Engineering elastic constants for directional solidified Ni-based superalloy and corresponding nickel-based single crystal material were researched by analytical and finite element methods.The results showed that both were tightly related.Three of constants for DS and SC materials were same in ideal condition,and the others for DS materials lould be calculated by analytical and finite element method at given level.Based on the analysis results,some regulations of the constants for both of materials were concluded,and the corresponding suggestions were presented.
