双轴燃气轮机仿真及试验验证

摘    要:为解决燃气轮机仿真实时性差和仿真结果精度低等难点,采用模块化建模方法,对某型双轴燃气轮机进行建模仿真,并将仿真结果与试验结果对比后对模型进行修正:增加燃气轮机各部件特性修正系数,完善空气系统,考虑实际过程中转子的摩擦力和气动阻尼等因素的影响.在燃油调节系统中,增加了惯性环节,并对P1参数等进行了优化调整,对试验负载曲线进行优化,以减小各种干扰.结果表明,经修正后的仿真模型具有很高精度,可以对燃气轮机发电过程进行模拟,以及对燃气轮机的研制工作进行评估.

Simulation and Experimental Validation of Twin-shaft Gas Turbine

Abstract:In order to improve low real-time and precision of gas turbine simulation, the modeling simulation of twin-shaft gas turbine was obtained by the method of modular modeling. The model was corrected after the comparison of the simulation and experiment results by improving the air system, adding the correction factor of every component characteristics, and considering the effect of rotor friction and aerodynamic damping. In order to reduce any kinds of disturbance in the fuel system, the inertia link was added and the PI parameter and test loadings curve were optimized. The results show that the corrected simulation model has high precision, which can simulate the power generation process of gas turbine and guide the work of engineering development.
